Baby Loss Resources
When you feel as though you have been shattered into a thousand pieces, you often need help making sense of the world you have found yourself in. No-one prepares you for the death of your baby. Suddenly you feel very lost, and very alone.
Please know you are not alone.
There are so many stories from bereaved parents that you can lean on to feel less alone.
For me, reading books was a HUGE part of my healing journey. I needed to see myself in other people’s stories. It helped me feel understood, it helped me realise all of my feelings were normal and valid, and it helped me realise I was not alone.
I share below all of the books, podcasts and other resources that I found helpful in my journey.
I hope you find these useful too.
